Re: response to emerging independent science on the 9/11 attacks
Once you go down the dark path of conspiracy, you'll never be satisfied. No matter what real investigations and commissions say, no matter how many times Al-Qaeda admit to it, you'll just think it's part of the cover up. You'll spend the rest of your life chasing a phantom. Just give it up man. Ever...

Re: response to emerging independent science on the 9/11 attacks
There are two topics I consider too stupid to discuss;
1. Creationism
2. 9/11 conspiracies.

Collateral damage during defense against rocket fire. That's not an attempt to wipe the Palestinians out of existence.

Re: Israel/Palestine Thread Part XXX
"Terrorists"? Oh, you must mean the IDF and Israel that desires to wipe out Palestinian civilians and land grab what they don't have. The land-grabbing is done by crackpot factions that don't always work in lock-step with the government and the government has never stated a desire to wipe out all P...

Re: Israel/Palestine Thread Part XXX
No, by "rejectionists" I mean the desire of terrorists and rogue states to wipe out and abolish an entire country. Are you saying that Iran and Syria aren't a problem, it's Israeli immigration policy that is?

The UN shouldn't complain. They elected Libya, perhaps the least free country in the world, to chair the Human Rights commission in 2003.

So what? Syria and Iran are integral players in the conflict and it matters how the US deal with them. Without these rogue states backing the rejectionists the peace process might make a few shuffles forward.

Must We Waste Another Year? Michael J. Totten - 02.26.2010 - 8:40 AM The United States is re-establishing ties with Damascus and hoping to lure Syria away from Iran, but Lebanese scholar Tony Badran warns the Obama administration that Syria’s President Bashar Assad is laying a trap. Re: In Praise of Josh Timonen
It sounds like they want something more like the peer-review system. Except there's only one reviewer and he's an IT and A/V guy. He said anyone is free to post articles subject to editorial veto yet told the the mods that the new site will not require their services and all were shafted. So what if...

Re: Announcement about RDF Part 3.
Pretty much. The whole thing just doesn't make any sense. Except in terms of personality disorders in action. The whole community was thrown into disarray, now wondering what the hell is going on. We get no explanation aside from a single letter telling us that we're all ungrateful little shitwads. ...
