Geography - A Highway Ramp Through a Building

I really can't believe they did this, but it's here. An onramp to a major highway that goes through a building.

They also have an odd perception of when it's appropriate to apply a one-way street. MOST cities apply the one-way direction in alternating blocks so you can see the pattern. Oh no, not here. Any given street at any given intersection can be one-way. WTF?
