I almost never get through a book like this.

It's hard to introduce anything like this in our over protective schools. Plus the parents just don't care.

Home schoolers would have better luck with this.

Nature Deficit Disorder. I like. Kids need to see animals fuck, shit, piss, be born and die. They need to see plants sprouting, autumn fruits ripening, nuts falling and fish migrating. Pollywogs wiggling and mushrooms...doing what mushrooms do. They need to see thunderstorms and lightning take down mighty trees, sit for hours in front of campfires, catch fish and dig for the worms that made it possible. Not saying they should be entirely unplugged, but too much of anything is too much.
