I'm send the below out to the members of the Hyperwar forum and to the people who are known to me by email as being volunteers. I want to send this out on Friday, and if you can make any substantive additions or corrections I would be grateful.

And so we begin again.

Hyperwar is going to continue, and if you're reading this you've expressed interest in the project. The Hyperwar-GHQ.com forum will be where we coordinate, discuss and share with regard to the scanning, proofing, and coding of the documents. I need to have a place where we can keep information on the projects and make it easier to carry on if something happens to me. And we can all have the combined resources and knowledge of this formidable group of WWII experts to draw on as well.

There will be errors, mistakes and just plain mysteries as we get going, but together we can work them out and get back to doing the fun stuff. We will also have a few new things going that should make Hyperwar even more of a resource.

You can join up under your own name or a nom de net. If you have trouble signing up, contact me, larrywjewell at yahoo.com.

Some of you will receive this twice, once from my email files, once from the forum. Sorry about the duplications. If you know a volunteer that didn't get this email, feel free to forward it or point them at the forum.

If you had reasons for absolutely not wanting to join the forum contact me and we'll work something out.

That "with regard" part irks me. Maybe like "The Hyperwar-GHQ.com forum will be where we coordinate, discuss, and share information about the scanning, proofing, and coding of documents." I'm not sure what "the documents" are. Why is there an article in front?

You also don't have consistent use of the serial comma in that sentence.
