I was in Costa Rica and our bus drove by the Liberia airport. This makes it easy for Americans to fly to the North part and rent a car to drive to the vacation condos and Marriots.

My uncle owns a "pampas grass" plantation in Costa Rica. It's supposed to be cattle feed, but it looked suspiciously like ganja to me.
