Re: Jethro Tull
Oh, what an ancient thread.
Not even Ian Anderson thought so. In a rambling interview he kept mentioning that Tull was as popular as Led Zeppelin. You can listen to him droning on about it on the reissue of Aqualung. I like the band's music, but to me Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd were better. The Rolling Stones too - until they went to shit with Goats Head Soup.tattuchu wrote:You'll have to pardon my presumption but I think, in their prime, Jethro Tull was the finest rock band ever to bless this Earth.

As popular as Led Zeppelin? I hardly think so. Poor Ian must be getting senile in his old ageHermit wrote:Oh, what an ancient thread.

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.
But those letters are not silent.
They're just waiting their turn.

Is Ian still around? How's that old G-man doing?

Too bad. Kristie might be tempted to come back if Ian was here.
