It is looking like it wasn't Russia, but I was just wondering which biased media told that lie convincingly, so I can label them as properly dishonest sources..

Ukraine (meaning Ukraine, the US and their allies) did it, as many suspected. But it sure sounded (according to a biased media) like Russia did it, back when it happened.

I still don't KNOW who did it. I know Ukrainian forces claimed credit.
