Scot Dutchy, for some reason unknown to me, revealed on a thread that he never uses loo roll in public toilets. He finds it far more hygienic to carry a wash cloth around with him in a bag which he uses to wipe his arse, putting the soiled cloth back in the bag to take home and wash. For re-use next time I suppose.
