Thanks for the above, Cali - and I'll retract what I said about you being non-committal. I just sought greater discussion of the wheres and hows - and how to look further and pursue issues.

There are many ways in which they could be being dishonest about their finances, while maintaining within the law or evading detection - and I don't think Dawkins is keeping an eye on where and how the cash flows, should anyone wish to take the piss out of him. As Timonen was alleged to have done, but who now appears, far more alarmingly, to have been doing as Dawkins advised him - and was sued for the privilege.
Then they for sudden joy did weep,
And I for sorrow sung,
That such a king should play bo-peep,
And go the fools among.

thy fool to lie: I would fain learn to lie.

"Shocking"? Really? If you're genuinely "shocked" by the goings-on you've been discussing here, you ought to get yourself a subscription to Private Eye; it'll have you in a permanent state of shock.

You could undoubtedly find far worse financial mismanagement and corruption, involving far bigger sums of money, by far more dishonest individuals, holding far greater positions of public responsibility, involved in far more sordid sexual shenanigans and conflicts of interest down your local town hall.

I'm not arguing that this makes any wrongdoing on Dawkins' part OK; but it's small-fry to the press.

If you were to decide to release the info you have, and the media did run with it; they'd only be doing so because it's Dawkins, not because of the seriousness of the substance of the story - and even then they'd only really report on the sex-stuff, not on the aspects you consider so important here.
And that's assuming any of the media would run with it at all; which I find unlikely. Most wouldn't find it worth bothering with, and those that may be otherwise inclined to bother with it would be wary, in this post-Leveson age, of running any story where key evidence rests on the leaked contents of personal communications.

Clearly you consider all this to be an issue of great importance, but I think you may be in for a disappointment if you're expecting the rest of the world to share that assessment.

HBM - the press has already reported with gusto on the RDF forum closure, the initiation of the lawsuit against Timonen, and the closing of the lawsuit against Timonen…
Then they for sudden joy did weep,
And I for sorrow sung,
That such a king should play bo-peep,

What press covered the closure of the RDF forum? :ask:

Hardly "gusto". I don't know if the phrase "hold the press" is still used nowadays, but if it is I doubt it was used for any of those stories.
Also these were all clear-cut incontrovertible events taking place openly in the public sphere - there was absolutely no risk involved in publishing.

Also given that you've said so much on this topic already on publicly accessible areas of the internet; if there were any journalists out there gunning for Dawkins, and they thought you were really on to something that they could use; don't you think they'd be knocking on your door by now?

There were a few other additional ones.
They weren't exactly high profile stories though, and mostly only covered online from what I recall.

Timonen et al's First Amended Complaint is here - for anyone to read: https://docs.google.com/file/d/1pF9EuUE ... j5cxJ/edit

Oh - this is great. First Amended Complaint, paragraph 7, page 4:
On information and belief, Defendant Dawkins was an officer and/or managing agent of

Defendant RDF, his namesake foundation, commencing upon formation of RDF and until

about June 2010 when Dawkins resigned as trustee of RDF for a brief period of time
.
My emphasis.

It seems that Cornwell was correct - albeit dishonestly misleading, in telling me that Dawkins wasn't a trustee at the time of the lawsuit.

Seems that, after not bothering his arse to make sure things were in proper order in the first place - Dawkins purposefully resigned his trustee position so that he didn't have to bother his arse paying attention to the lawsuit. Or rather, Cornwell most likely made such a proposition to him, as a matter of "expediency" - so that she could be fairly assured that he WOULDN'T bother his arse paying attention to the lawsuit, and thus wouldn't notice what a dire mess it was - and they could foist the blame on the other trustees, who had the basic decency to stand in their positions while being put through that charade.

I'm so glad that both of them are now being sued personally.
Then they for sudden joy did weep,
And I for sorrow sung,
That such a king should play bo-peep,
And go the fools among.

In my defence I think I was trying to be funny. If it please the court, I passed out shortly after writing that.

Another little tidbit to throw out here, for the meantime.

We have this:

Versus this:

With the above excerpt from an email written by Robin Elisabeth Cornwell coming from the Second Amended Complaint of Timonen et al's current lawsuit against RDFRS et al, page 15 - with my added emphasis.

That entire conversation I had with her was a charade and a half, of bullshitting, backtracking and attempts to evade scrutiny and put me off. There are some details in it that I'm keeping close to my chest while investigations are ongoing, though. :tea:

Please LP try and give a more charitable reading of her replies, I accept some people in the 'community' don't deserve it aka P Z Myers and FTB's comes to mind. Though this seems to have been written after the death of Richard's beloved father. How do you know that this arrangement wasn't temporary? That the people around Richard were happy to take up the slack while he was grieving. Fight all the battles you want but don't become the monster you are fighting.

Edit: except/accept.
