Anyway, wrt to people who say that nobody sees evolution happen, I say we're watching it happen all the time. It's just so much slower than our time frame that we can't recognize it. Like looking at a mountain. It's eroding as you watch, but so slowly that it looks the same day by day. Doesn't mean it's not happening. Yes, I know about punctuated equilibrium, but if you stretch the time scale out far enough, you can still plot a pretty smooth-looking graph.
