Mantis, I notice both you and sifaka are online and interested in this thread now that nightfall is here.

But, I leave my house in the morning and am back at midnight! This is my few hours of spare time. Ignore me, I am feeling sorry for myself. But, I can assure you there is no correlation between me being on here, and it being close to nightfall.

I'm still trying to make sense of day one! :hehe:

That's true. It's hard to tell... I think it's curious that Charlou had 'forgotten' that the don views as innocent.

Just looking stuff over...

Not really ... even though I know the don views as innocent I didn't give the possibility that Mz might be self voting for mayor because he's the don any thought until higgs pointed it out. I still think she may have been right about him. Your defence of him and now this comment about my mistake makes you look even more suspicious to me.

I wouldn't be surprised if scum have their sights trained on me tonight. :ddpan:

Morning, just catching up.

People lurking and not adding comment and thoughts look very suspicious to me.

I asked sifaka twice why she's hanging around and not saying anything. Notice how she avoided the questions twice.

Same goes for Morticia.

Catch up later.

PS. I happen to agree that everyone should be kept under scrutiny (or the microscope as Charlou says)

Microscope was MZ's word for it .. but yes, I reminded him to apply it to everyone.

If I were scum, and knew that Magic was the don - there is no way that I would be putting in a last minute vote to get him in for mayor. I'm not that risky. And don't you think that would be pretty dumb of me to do - if he was lynched and turned out to be the don? Doesn't make sense. For me - the mayor position really isn't that important. Maybe not until the end game.

Just looking over day one... Magic came out right away and said that he was Sir Belvedere. That seems like quite the risk to take if he were scum - and just claiming that role out of nowhere - it seems like it could be easily contradicted if someone else was given that name.

Also - Ed mentioned that his role was Patsy. He sort of did this right away as well.... wouldn't scum be crapping their pants at the notion of readily giving out a fake name - knowing that someone else might actually have this name.

UT made mention that giving out names is a bad idea. Maybe he was nervous of the concept that at some point, we might ask him what his role name is? Though, I could just have my mind set on him right now - so, am looking for reasons for his possible scumminess.

Don't know about Charlou. I don't think that her & sifaka are on the same scum team. Charlou has brought her up several times.

What about, Charlou, Feck & UT - as scum. Or - Morticia, sifaka & Feck. I like my first 3 choices better.

Though, hearing from totals & Morticia more would probably help. PS - Welcome Mort & Tot!

I also think that the night kill choice will help us out to get a better idea.

My money is on UT as scum. I only backed off because of Charlou. I'll be gunning for him in the morning if we both survive the night. He's a cool customer under pressure! Made a point of saying he doesn't stave off lynch votes and did so twice.

Charlou has developed an ice cool demenour and I find it hard to read. But she's the most pro town player to date.

Morticia and Totals will be under heavy scrutiny for lack of input. From the little I've seen, they are not quite as green as they would have us believe.

Feck is flying below the radar.
Sifaka seems evasive.
Ed has the appearance of town, but appearances can be deceptive.
Mantis is an absolute master at deception. Only let down at Ratskep by her team mates :(

Monty Python Mafia Day 3

Post by Zigmen » Wed Sep 01, 2010 2:51 pm

Day 3

In keeping with Sir Launcelot's particular . . . idiom . . . his ghost appears leading Sweet Concorde through the countyside.
Sir Launcelot was himself killed by French arrows, and so it is no mystery why he would lead his trusted Concorde to suffer the same fate, and thusly be able to serve his master in the great afterlife.

Anachronistic mayhem? Perhaps. Flavor? For sure!

Sweet Concorde was Mantis, and was Vanilla Town.

The Living:

2 Totals
3 Feck
7 Charlou
9 Eduard
10 MZ
11 Sifaka
12 Morticia
13 UT

On the Cart:

1 Higgs - Town
4 Mantisdreamz - Town
5 Denny - Town
6 feral p - Town
8 Ani - Town Vigilante

What Mantis said right before she was killed:
Mantis wrote:UT made mention that giving out names is a bad idea. Maybe he was nervous of the concept that at some point, we might ask him what his role name is? Though, I could just have my mind set on him right now - so, am looking for reasons for his possible scumminess.

My emphasis. Looks like Mantis was the closest on the scum's tracks, that's why they killed her. I'm going for Feck as he's mentioned twice by her.

Vote Feck

Tally:

Feck - 1 vote(s) - [Ed]
-Ed
