Don't go near that elevator - that's just what they want us to do... trap us in a steel box and take us down to the basement.
Re: Russian Roulette Day 1
Oblivion, are you back to normal (vote for Irre, FoS me, question every mayor-vote) or are you trying to fit your Town mold?
The only thing missing is the early vote-switch that you won't explain 'til later.

Are you deflecting from actual game participation?Gonzo wrote:Does this conversation belong in the game thread?irretating wrote:oblivion, how did you let diva off during the last game when she let slip she knew that both you and UT got points on your vests during the night? Oblivion stated she nearly lynch voted diva, and yes I was wondering why she didn't grill diva as much as I think she normally does.

Are you going to answer the question as to why you voted for Athene when she hasn't even posted yet?Zigmen wrote:Oblivion, are you back to normal (vote for Irre, FoS me, question every mayor-vote) or are you trying to fit your Town mold?

so how long do you think a default vote on athene is going to work?Zigmen wrote:Oblivion, are you back to normal (vote for Irre, FoS me, question every mayor-vote) or are you trying to fit your Town mold?

Yeah, Zig. Why Athene?

Assuming you're asking me, I vote Athene to get her to talk. If nobody votes her, she skates under the radar.

I don't do revenge votes. I don't do policy votes. I don't do default votes.divagreen wrote:Revenge is a dish best served cold, Oblivion.oblivion wrote:that's interesting.Mantisdreamz wrote:'Cause I think she is a good player... has good reads, and totally tricked me when she was scum last game here. I seriously considered lynch voting her for her first post.![]()
I like to banter and have fun. I wanted to post and I thought, "Hi y'all" was redundant.
I don't fault people for a noncommital initial post, but yours looked a bit forced.
I didn't lynch vote you right off the bat because I like 10-15 posts to assess before I go apeshit.
Re: Russian Roulette Day 1
So far, it's worked in every game. I vote her, and she posts.oblivion wrote:so how long do you think a default vote on athene is going to work?Zigmen wrote:Oblivion, are you back to normal (vote for Irre, FoS me, question every mayor-vote) or are you trying to fit your Town mold?

Barring any other Scum-tells, it's a great way to start. I withheld my opening vote on Athene in the last TR game because Ksen was so obviously Scum (and I was correct).

It doesn't belong.. but, I see it as just chatting.Gonzo wrote:Does this conversation belong in the game thread?irretating wrote:oblivion, how did you let diva off during the last game when she let slip she knew that both you and UT got points on your vests during the night? OB - her first post looked uncertain to me as well (as in, no read) - which is why I think it'd be good to have diva viewed. (from my point of view especially, since I can't read her when she is scum, it seems).

It was an fair question and you chose not to answer it. Does it belong in the game thread? Why?irretating wrote:Are you deflecting from actual game participation?Gonzo wrote:Does this conversation belong in the game thread?irretating wrote:oblivion, how did you let diva off during the last game when she let slip she knew that both you and UT got points on your vests during the night? I don't consider this actual participation. Oblivion's motives in a past game seem benign to this one, so to ask about it sems more distractive than questioning why you're doing it.Oblivion stated she nearly lynch voted diva, and yes I was wondering why she didn't grill diva as much as I think she normally does.
You and oblivion both can't seem to get over the last game you played in every new one.

you were correct. If you hadn't been playing so flaky you might have gotten some traction.Zigmen wrote:So far, it's worked in every game.
