I did exactly the same thing in e.g. the Innsmouth Look game. Is it more attention-grabbing to you this time?

That was months ago! But ok I remember you, now. Why do you do weird stuff like that?

BTW I said you got my attention, not that you were attention grabbing.

Yup, we do. Still, some things don't change, like the fact that normal people are heading off to sleep now.

My first on Ratz. I've played at RatSkep, where things are different Is that a vote for Mayor on me, Gonzo?

Thanks for all the Mayor votes. If this was RatSkep I would make a speech with a bunch of lolcats, etc. but I will spare you.

It's quarter to ten. We don't talk funny like that around here.

@@vote ob@@
this looks like an excuse not to scumhunt which is anti-town. ##vote rc##

gm edit: Fixed quote marks so I don't accidently count the votes wrong.
Don't go near that elevator - that's just what they want us to do... trap us in a steel box and take us down to the basement.

Good morning. I always find it helpful to know where in the world the other players are, to get a sense of when it's reasonable for people to be absent because of working, sleeping, etc. I'm in the Atlantic time zone, one hour ahead of the Mod.

But you plan on participating more than just casting a vote, right?
Just curious. Is the pregame selection of scum/town completely random or do game mods sometimes sometimes assign roles to players.
I guess el guapo's law doesn't apply to GMs. If I remember correctly Zigmen is one of the GMs who says he completely randomizes, though I'm not sure exactly how GMs tend to randomize and if they deviate a bit from a uniform probability distribution by rerolling teams judged to be particularly poorly matched or randomizing in some two-step/multi-step process.
