Not too evil - it just might take a few months per Day Round, that's all.
And you'd get people voting eventually because they were bored and wanted the game to continue rather than from any sense of conviction.

No. I wasn't saying that day rounds would go on unless a decision was made. Just that if the day round ends without a decision then when the jurors go to their government provided hotel rooms for the night the mafia scum which have infiltrated them are free to kill away.

Re: Ratz Drama Rules and Peanut Gallery
When you say "free to kill away", I'm guessing you mean a killing spree rather than one nice sedate little kill?
So you'd be telling them: make a unanimous decision and lynch someone, people, or the penalty will be licenced carnage for the scum team?

Yeah
Like, say, three kills instead of a measly one (barring any blocked or anything being killed themselves by trying to directly attack a blocker (one time blocker trait)). Just so that the game is imbalanced by not taking decisions but is balanced when they do.
I'm not sure how achievable that is.

Or to give them incentive, any scum they kill cannot do a kill after (if we take it that on nights without decision each of the scum has a kill each).

A thread of flowers, I think.
Don't go near that elevator - that's just what they want us to do... trap us in a steel box and take us down to the basement.

Faaaaaaarrrrrrrrkkkkkkk!
Not very achievable, Ani!
But I will apply my pea brain to the question.
I'm sure there will be a way...
Wanna GM with me when I find it? No, I'm guessing you'll want to play this one.

Re: Ratz Drama Rules and Peanut Gallery
Ok. What if the votes only had to be unanimous as far as the amount of town are. So if there were 20 players and 4 scum only 16 votes are needed.
Is it unusual or does it affect the game for town to know how many scum there are?

I'm not seeing a clear way to getting what you want, Ani.
As irre points out, it only takes one scum to block your unanimous lynch.
Of course, that would point them out as scum immediately...
No, I'm not seeing how it might be done. No scum is going to be that stupid, and thus how can scum have a chance of winning? Unless no lynch is achieved....
It's not looking like a sound game, frankly.
It'll either be quicker than the one you've just played or go on until we're all drawing our pensions.
