My observation was about how other perceive your play. Not about your play.
I've harped on about this for some time.
It goes like this.

Feck is an awesome scum player. Undetectable.
Feck has an easily identifiable town game. Summed by by "this is town Feck".

Those two statements remain contradictions. But they are allowed to persist.

Having said that, I never asked you to save me from a lynch and I haven't advocated lynching you on my flimsy case. What DP does is up to him.

What makes you a good scum player is that your game is not easily readable either way. You know that. I know that.

You missed DP and apart from zigmen, I'm in broad agreement.

DP - no idea yet. in the MSG3 game i totally got a town read off him, that hasn't happened yet

but on a slightly more meta level i'd think that if he were scum he would have done something yesterday, his team would be nagging him to post something i think

i've had this huge run of not being scum - i know i'm sounding like shizzle here but the fact is that every game i play i get scum voting for me. If someone can name a game in the last 6 months where this didn't happen then i'm listening

I know I have to step up my game. I'm not keen on how I've let these games overpower real life recently, but there's also no point in playing at all if we're not going to try our best. I'm attempting to find some balance, in other words.

Gib, can you please explain to me your thinking yesterday about lynch-voting Irre? Not subsequent suspicions as play progressed, but the initial vote. That's been bothering me.

Mwuhahahaha. You don't get rid of me that easily. I'm indestructible
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Clearly if UT was a double hit, then the sk is not town friendly.
UT was looking fairly solid town.
He is insightful and was clearly clued up in this game.

yabut you DO find time to post but those posts tell us nothing

i voted on page 1 mainly to stir things up but the trigger was the phrase "i'm gonna", i didn't like it in that context

did you ask me that on day 1?

I'll admit that part of your response to my questions about your late-day vote switching was looking somewhat Townish. However, I still have some nagging issues about your game.

1) Your inability to consider that MZ's claim was bullshit. For such an awkward claim, you sure glossed right over it.
2) Your "scumhunting" seems forced and lacking direction. You've been harping on things like how i felt about Andrew trying to triangulate, for example.
3) You've been bordering on special hunting, suggesting that MZ out more of his role and that the "other" blocker step forward.
4) Poor oppressed you playing the martyr.
5) Suggesting how dumb I will look at the end of the game.
6) Trying to get any other BW going in what looks like self preservation.

Contrast that to what i know of your Town game:

1) Charts and stats from votes both old and new.
2) Pointed questions that evoke real discussion of valid concerns.
3) A leadership position that serves as a guide by example; gathering support with honey instead of vinegar.

So, when you say I know enough of your Town game to make a decision, you're correct.

You're playing anti-Town.

I'd bet you're probably in league with Mantis, Amok, and/or Gonzo.

1 if anyone other than you outs as a special i do what i can to save them. name a game where this was not the case

2 my scumhunting is as good as anyone else in this game and you know it. Andrew was being a followy little shit asking permission to vote for someone. You'd normally call someone out for that shit

3 i'd like MZ cleared so you can stop painting him as scum

4 fuck off dean

5 if you're town then yeh, the suggestion is that you saying you thought i was town day 1 then day 2 voting me for saving an outed special while you kept your vote on him is going to make you look dumb as fuck

6 i didn't want mz lynched, how much clearer can i be about this

1 i was the only cunt doing votecounts despite begging you guys to at least check them. andrew did them in MSG, where's his stats now? And since when did charts become a regular feature of my games?

2 what is this shit

3 i tried to lead town end of day 1 dean, now you've poisoned the well there who's going to lead them for today's lynch?

as for your bet, what are you prepared to put down? I suggest a stake of 20 x 2000 words posts on pharygula all of which agree with whatever PZ cuntface myers is preaching over the next few weeks. You up for that?

I just went back to read Irre's initial post. I still don't get why "I'm gonna" would set off an alarm bell, but I'll rethink my opinion of you in case it's one of the meta things and I allowed it to colour everything else I read from you on day one.

The lynch isn't clear to me yet. The person I saw as scummiest (you) is also making sense on another level. Whether MZ turns out to be Town or Scum, trying to save him on Day One is clearly Townish, even if it turns out to be a very clever ploy in the end. It was all happened in such a rush, I was paying too much attention who was doing it, rather than the wisdom of doing it.
