Well, if it's going to be UT, the marinade will need to offset the foot odour problem, and I'm thinking a nice tequila to go along with Twit Tartare. The sauce?
Umm... Ooh! If it's squid, then a tempura batter would be delish.
Any other thoughts?

I reckon we're going to have to curry UT and just pretend the whiff is asafoetida or Bombay Duck or something.
I'm liking your thoughts about Squid - may I suggest a vodka batter, and some Lebanese sauce à l'ail? Omnomnom.
Skinny devils like Mono are going to need some serious marinading - no fat on him to speak of. Not even a chance of any crackling.
But the girls should all be sweet and juicy - looking forward to some tasty breast meat...
