I talked my way out of a ticket for running a red light a month ago and I didn't get arrested for flirting with the cop!
Should we sue PZ for libel, like, just for a laugh?

What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

They'll do a 'No win - No Fee" deal if they 1) think they'll win, and 2) think they could get the money out of PZ.
Of course if PZ doesn't have any EU assets then the chances of a US court allowing the enforcement of a UK judgment on already under attack libel laws is somewhere between Bob Hope and No Hope.
So really - the answer is no.
