More seriously... does it work after you press f1? If so, I'd try a bios update. Probably can't handle something about the new drive (possibly the size).

It might be trying to find your drive that you previously had in there. Go into the bios on load and see what it says relating to the drives. If all seems right in there, I'd probably do a bios update.

Other than the bad drive there have been no changes. This might be related to the "Failure imminent" flag on N:
