Basically, how do you approach problems related to systems of systems? Like social systems, the connections are often uncertain and yet we want a methodology for doing the best we can.

I'm a software engineer. I used to make side scan sonar applications. Then I contributed to making casino games on video slot terminals. Now I'm working on business software development to support making casino games. In the future, I want to run stuff but I want to do it methodologically.

Weird. Systems Engineering and Software Engineering are two different things where I went to school (University of Waterloo).. how and/or why did you make that jump?

They draw pretty diagrams with hundreds of black boxes that the engineers are supposed to invent.Gawdzilla Sama wrote:He creates problems for engineers to fix.Făkünamę wrote:He's a project manager.

One of the things was the nature of the course. The course was a professional degree so it was scheduled to be attainable after work hours. But the second part is the view of complexity is important to leadership. I want to run things. I figured I could use methods for the analysis and synthesis of different systems.

Except in my day they called it "English Language and Literature".
Pray, do not mock me: I am a very foolish fond old man; And, to deal plainly, I fear I am not in my perfect mind.
