Sadly, I believe we are beyond a political solution. They may step away from that ledge at any time, but until they do we can assume that we have lost our government, and we will have to do something extraordinary to get it back. I’m betting we can’t even start till things get much, much worse.
We want to support our allies in preserving the freedom and security of Europe, while restoring Europe’s civilizational self-confidence and Western identity.

What he says..though he uses the word morality, which he as a pediphile is no longer allowed to use.
President Trump views his power to command world affairs as vast — almost unchecked. He told four White House reporters who visited the Oval Office on Wednesday evening that he, not international law or treaties, would be the arbiter of any limits to his authority. Asked if there were any restraints on his global powers, he answered: “Yeah, there is one thing. My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me.”

“I don’t need international law,” he added. “I’m not looking to hurt people.”

The reporters — Zolan Kanno-Youngs, Tyler Pager, Katie Rogers and David Sanger — asked whether his administration needed to abide by international law. “I do,” the president responded. But there was a caveat. “It depends what your definition of international law is,” he said.

I hear Luigi Mangione doesn't need national law. Just needs his own morality.

Christ, imagine the clarity and peace that must come from being a soulless bastard, if every ethical and moral discussion was only a ruse.

ICE agent
The day after the shooting, the Minnesota Star Tribune identified the ICE agent involved as Jonathan Ross.[2] His name has not been publicly released by federal authorities, but was identified by the Tribune through court records.[3][4]

In press briefings held soon after the incident, both Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and Vice President JD Vance mentioned that the shooting suspect had been injured previously in a traffic stop six months prior to this incident. Their statements led to the Star Tribune's discovery of the case describing such an incident.[2][31][32] The previous incident involving Ross occured on June 17, 2025, when he was dragged 50 yards (45 m) and injured by a vehicle after he smashed the window of the vehicle and reached in to try to unlock the door; Ross received 33 stitches.[33][2][34]

Court documents listed his start date with ICE as 2016.[35] He was in the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) unit of ICE at the time of the shooting and had previously been deployed during the Iraq War.[32] His father described him as a conservative Christian, and a neighbor said that he had supported Trump during the 2024 election and at one point had flown the Gadsden flag outside his home.[36][37]

Member of vast left wing group was...dropping off a kid.
“Renee sparkled. She literally sparkled. I mean, she didn’t wear glitter but I swear she had sparkles coming out of her pores. All the time. You might think it was just my love talking but her family said the same thing. Renee was made of sunshine,” she continued.

Renee Nicole Good was shot in her Honda SUV by ICE officer Jonathan Ross on Wednesday. Renee and Becca had dropped their six-year-old son off at school and stopped at the ICE protest to observe from their vehicle.

That's his attack dog/lawyer Pam Bondi, the US attorney general. Like everyone appointed by Trump she serves the interest of her political party and not the US, and likely sleeps like a baby having confused what's in her best interest for what's in all our best interest ie a typical bloody minded extremist.

Well, does she even serve the interests of the Republicans at large, or just frump and his much narrower clique?
but yeah, as soon as a semi decent administration can be mustered, the whole of frump's cabinet, and the prez himself if still living, should be sent to take permanent residence on cuban soil....

Republicans are a bit strange about the department of justice, they do not have a united front. If the congress member is personally involved, then they have to rely on Bondi to save their ass.

We're more likely to be forced to accept Trump died a hero saving his country than to see justice. You'll see his portrait beside every dinning table in the US before we see justice. --don't listen to the optimists man, they're hopeless... Trump will be gone, and the Republican Party may change, but we will never see justice.
