I was brainwashed by the Best of Barry Manilow on a 9 hour drive to Cornwall a few weeks back. Lady Huxley is a big fan. I fought it, at first and then the Stockholm Syndrome kicked in...

I would make comment Huxley sir ,but I feel that A Chap like you must already know he has earned the scorn of his fellow officers (more than a few eyebrows have been raised in the Club).I for one have never been the sort that kicks a man when he is down but ,it's a bit of a bad show !

and I must say that I used to tolerate Barry but my last boss would have these "Barry" days and so out went NPR out went the alternative satellite station, out went John Aiolie Eclecticos; waaah.... I had to listen and watch while he danced around and sang through cd after cd of Barry and when he was done it was Wicked the Musical...had enough Barry to last me a lifetime. (I did sing along occasionally though. )

Sonata Arctica - Fullmoon
Sonata Arctica - My Land
Damien Rice - Cannonball
Damien Rice - Rootless Tree
Damien Rice - 9 Crimes
Propagandhi - Dear Coach's Corner
Counting Crows - Round Here
The Killers - All These Things That I've Done
Deicide - Homage To Satan
In Flames - Trigger
Dark Tranquility - Final Resistance
Heaven Shall Burn - Endzeit

That last one especially. When the guitars break and he yells "WE ARE THE FINAL. RESIIISTAAAANCE" I jizz myself. The intro also makes to a great fucking build up. Intense as hell. Check it out:
