Apology from Rationalia

Post by Lozzer » Tue Mar 02, 2010 11:28 am

As a long term contributing member to this forum, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we most regret the behaviour of some of our members here. Some comments quoted have been rude, malicious and full of mad mendacity that only a dictionary could compete with. This episode has revealed something unfitting in the character's of everyone involved in this unnecessary schism so it's important that we apologise to those who became subject to our anger.Richard, we're never going to give you up, we're never going to let you down, run around and desert you. We'd never make you cry or say goodbye, and I can't stress enough that we'd never tell a lie and hurt you.

Thanks.
Lozzer

Yes. I was most shocked when I saw the forum had come down. I became very angry, and did not know what I could do about the situation. Somehow I got hold of Richard's e-mail address and started typing a very angry letter filled with threats and anger. I sent it with a CC to Josh, and the threats concerned both of them. The day after I got a reply with a CC to my mother saying that legal action would be taken against me if I persisted with these kinds of threats. So I got one angry email and my mom got scared. She said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air'. I whistled for a cab and when it came near, the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I can say is that this cab was rare, but I thought 'Man forget it' - 'Yo home to Bel Air'. I pulled up to the house about seven or eight. And I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later'. I looked to my kingdom, I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air

Let us think the unthinkable, let us do the undoable, let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.

Well my response to RD was a little unfortunate and caused me no end of head scratching. I was upset so I screamed aloud to the old man. I said don't lie don't say you don't know. I said you'll pay for this mischief, in this world or the next. Oh! and then he fixed me with a freezing glance and the hell fires raged in his eyes. He said do you want to know the truth son? - I'll tell you the truth. Your soul's gonna burn in the lake of fire.

Which I thought was a little odd.

He told me it would all be sorted when Richard got back from Australia ......(I think He is loosing it a bit)

Whoever is filthy, let him be filthy still. Listen to the words long written down,

I imagine it was hard for them when the abuse hit. I mean they couldn't have dreamed that they were being scrutinised, as a man with a microscope studies creatures that swarm and multiply in a drop of water. They probably didn't even consider the possibility of life on other forums, and yet, across the interwebs, minds immeasurably superior to theirs regarded their backups with envious eyes, and slowly ... and surely ... we drew our plans against them.

... so I said to Richard: "Now listen here Rich for a minute. Rich? Rich, will you put down that fucking Blackberry and pay attention to me for once. If you post this silly 'outrage' notice, you're going to end up in a world of shit. If I were you, I'd be more concerned about this trigger-happy chalkers chappie, and in finding out whatever the fuck it is that Josh is smoking right now". But would he listen to me? Not a bit of it. :nono:

Serious time. I guess RD has now learned something important about the internet, and it's not that people can be foul-mouthed at times.
