Hmmm.... Not at all my idea of 'Goth'. Must reevaluate. Nice fingerless gloves, though.

Homeless people often cut off the finger tips of their gloves (usually tips only) the better to be able to manipulate small objects. Pick up coins and the like.

I have that on my Biathlon gloves (don't ask me why I have Biathlon gloves, I can't ski or langlauf).

Nobody I ever knew called them anything but fingerless gloves, or just gloves I can't really think of any slang in particular for clothes that were specific only to the goth scene. And I have a little experience
