There may be an opening for a dedicatee in the next edition of The Greatest Show on Earth... maybe even YOU! :o

I think he should dedicate it to the RDF community who supported him, his cause, formed bonds and created a support network for apostates worldwide

He will probably dedicate it to someone who has done a lot, specifically, for him. Served him well and all that.
