bwahahahaha great game bolero!!

Wow, SK with last man standing is an almost impossible win condition. Yet you managed it. Kudos to you, you did extremely well! :oj:

The dreamberries
- the player with the berries had to post in rhyming couplets, 2 couplets per post minimum and at least 5 posts that day
- the player with the berries was immune to all night actions while they found a handy rocky outcrop under which to sleep off the berries
- the player with the berries had to pass them to another player the next day.
- the player would have a psychic dream the night they passed on the berries, which would give them some potentially useful information about a night action or a target of a night action.

This role was partially based on the Hobo role that I used in the lolcats game, but to make the role less powerful, a player would have it for only 1 day/night, and there was a possibility the role would be passed along to a scum player (which happened in this game).

Neither divagreen nor bolero had mentors, and I think they both did a great job in their first ratz game. I did line up a couple of mentors for them if they wanted one, but they both chose to go it alone.

And thank you so much for a great first Ratz game, Oblivion! I had fun. :td:

The inventor -

no killing inventions. If Irre chose to make a weapon, it would injure the player rather than kill him/her, as was the case with the throwing knife that Aza used on Praying. Irre didn't know about this limitation

Inventions that duplicated power roles (seer, doc, ninja/bus driver) would put a posting restriction on the player who used them, as was the case for Feck's divining rod and Linus' boomerang.

The SK
- viewed as town
- had a choice between a kill or a commute (hiding from all night actions) each night.

Bolero chose to kill every night. Her first target, Athene, was protected that night by the dreamberries. Athene was also targeted by Zigmen for the block, who got a message that he couldn't find her.

Neither Irre nor Bolero were given safe name claims. If they had asked, I would have provided them. I realized on day 3 or 4 that it probably wouldnt occur to bolero to ask for a safe name. I was getting ready to ask her if she'd like one when she outed that she was Rayek/Sunfolk.

I am especially sorry to you, diva. I felt like such a two-faced bitch having to get you killed. I knew our previous camraderie was colouring your view of me. No-one's ever going to trust me again! :)

Actually, yeah - I didn't realise I could have had a safe name. I just came out with my (very obviously linked to the dagger) character name. What an idiot!

No hard feelings, Bolero. :axe:

When Praying showed up as town after I changed my vote I had a deep suspicion of you. Once I was lynched I knew you were the SK, because you didn't bat an eyelash. I know that these last few days had to have been hard in general for you, but what a coup!

I bow down to a Mafia master! I endeavor to someday achieve, such level of scumminess. 8-)

You were great, hon. Congratulations. :hugs:

That worked in your favour, I think. I kept thinking that there was no way you would hide right out in the open like that.

And Charlou... :cuddle:
