Greetings, Mortals
Hello all. I am Jadestone, though I sometimes am referred to as God. Frigid recommended this site, I read through it a bit and decided to try it out.
I enjoy reading, writing(poems, stories, novels in a month), photography, music(listening and playing(flute)), ect. I am pretty much an atheist, though I spend a lot of time wondering about deities. I have loved mythology since I was very young, especially Greek, Celtic, Egyptian, and Norse although I love all kinds.
I am a junior in High School in the 'States, so I have pretty limited time for posting even though APs are (thank whatever gods may be(I will love anyone who gets that?)) done with, but this doesn't look like a very fast-paced site so I'll probably be able to keep up.
Taste-wise for reading: For fiction I enjoy fantasy, mythology, science fiction, ect; nonfiction I like a lot of different things although since they take longer to read I have not read as many (In Search of Schrödinger's Cat was the most recent and it attempted to brake my brain with a sledgehammer).
For music I love a lot of types of metal, along with folk, classical, rock, some popish stuff though I hesitate to call it that.
So, hi, I guess? Did I leave anything out? I made myself stop by here to post before heading over to the literature section I was just reading through to post my favourite poem.

For a second I thought the subject line mentioned "Morals". Immediate thought: Does she have the WRONG place.

Are you indirectly saying that we're all stupid?but this doesn't look like a very fast-paced site so I'll probably be able to keep up.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Of course not, merely that it doesn't have twenty-seven new posts every time I refresh, and therefore I won't just abandon all hope of keeping up before joining (:Existentialist1844 wrote:Are you indirectly saying that we're all stupid?but this doesn't look like a very fast-paced site so I'll probably be able to keep up.
