You will find out soon enough that pricks are welcome here--popular even.
Eventually, one by one, all the best of the other place will end up here.

Thank you for your welcomes.

Meh, "Ayaan" looks like something you'd find on a license plate.Ayaan wrote:Millefleur wrote:I did not know that!Ayaan wrote:Hello, Audley. I remember you from RDF. This username came about at the Thinking Aloud forum - it upset one of the other RDF staff that I was on staff there also, so I switched usernames to make it a bit easier for that person to deal with the issue. When this forum came to be, I decided to keep Ayaan. Besides, 'sciwoman' is such a serious name.

I remember you, It's been a while since I read the your comic.
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

Quite a few names I recognise from my recent and distant memory.
Had a peruse of the forum and I know you're probably dying to know.
Bacon. Rindless.
Cheese. Rancid.
Beer... Pleb-swill. Mine's the occasional Islay Single Malt or failing that Sativa or copious amounts of pharmaceuticals.
