Well I got the Paul Weller greatest hits CD, and I have to say it's not at all like I thought it would be :? I'm halfway through it before I've come to a song I actually like. Now "The Changing Man" is playing. Yes, I quite like this one, even if is ripping off the ELO song "Kuiama." I hope he payed Jeff Lynne royalties :?
Anyway, I really don't see any similarities at all with Cheap Trick. I mean, not at all
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Fuck it, I gave up on Paul Weller. He was pants. The only song I liked was that one he ripped off ELO on. So I took out the CD and put Arcade Fire back in :coffee:

Weird how someone so popular in Britain could be completely unknown here :?
You ever hear of a beat combo called The Jam? :tea:
Nope. Never. Not until I had just looked up Weller on Wiki, that is. Apparently they were very popular

Just a bit. And better than Weller's solo output IMNSHO. Check out All Mod Cons or Setting Sons. And just watch this...

And then watch these three if you're not convinced:

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.
